I'm Andrew Williams a Graphic Designer from New World School of the Arts in Downtown Miami. Since the age of 9 I knew I had a passion for art and wanted to pursue a career in that field. I like to incorporate elements created by hand and combine them with my computer skills to create a new visual style. I also have a big sense of humor, which I love to incorporate in my artwork because I perceive my design as a reflection of myself.
If you live for people’s approval, you’ll die from their rejection. That’s the motto of my life, it’s what shapes my worldview and actions. Growing up as an African-American male, my experiences are different from other people. I'm not saying that out of pity, but as a reality; Knowing this helps you to understand who I am and how I approach my work. My work is a reflection of myself; my life, experiences, and how I cope with them. This helps make me unique and true to myself. I think every workplace can benefit from having people who come from different backgrounds, especially a creative workplace.
